"Not very customer friendly. Stopped to get2 small pieces of window glass cut and what should have taken no more then 5 minutes to accomplish, I was told it would take 2 hours. As well, I was told that I can always go elsewhere. Having worked in customer related jobs, you never tell someone to go elsewhere!!! Very poor service!!"
