"Edit: Just discovered the chef was let go. Very disappointed. Came just for food, and was not expecting the quality. Wife and I are back in town staying at settlers, and our old friends recommended the food. The chef knows how to cook. Really encouraging after seeing places like dyberry forks lower their standards due to labor shortages and inflation. COVID hit NEPA pretty hard, but there are some some diamonds in the rough that is Honesdale, post COVID."
