"When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Nathalia. She was very pleasant and we bantered for a bit while I filled out the assessment asking what I wanted addressed during my 90 minute massage. that part was great. The massage part was absolutely awful. Lori basically rubbed my back for 40 minutes with thin cheap lotion in erratic motions, and then applied lotion to my legs and arms. That was it. Never at any point did I feel relaxed or felt like I was getting a massage. I could not wait to leave. When I checked out, Nathalia asked me how my visit was. I was honest and told her it was the worst massage I had ever had. She genuinely apologized and called her manager over. Manager Sarah then decided to rudely tell me my unhappiness was my fault due to Lori being a "light pressure" therapist, and thats what happens when you book online and want something specific. Ha! I told her, light pressure aside, she clearly had no idea what she was doing and that was not even close to a real $195 90 minute massage. She cuts me off and tells me "going forward, call the store and ask for someone else" to which I replied "oh, that won't be necessary as I won't be coming back". She then stormed off like a child. I was comped 30 minutes of the massage surprisingly, which is crazy but in the grand scheme of things better than nothing. Nathalia then apologized again and I told her it was not her fault and that she was the best part of the entire situation. She was extremely kind and if it hadn't been for her, I would not have been as calm when the manager started talking down to me. This is honestly so unacceptable. You have a massage therapist that doesn't know what she's doing and gives horrible massages, and then when someone is upset about it the manager is extremely rude to you. I had some upcoming facials booked in the future in Cranston but I will be cancelling them. I refuse to support a business that treats people this way. Save yourself the hassle and go to Blue Sky Spaworks, they have never let me down!"

"I got 90 min facial yesterday, I was really disappointed. For the hands, neck and shoulders massage was so light- I barely feel her hands touch me. It more like apply lotion on. And I don’t think my face was clean before she apply the 1st mask on. For the price I paid it was far from expectation. I would not recommend on facial here."
