"I've been a long time customer. Two weeks ago my stylist had the hair dryer cord wrapped from the chair bottom to his work station about four inches above the floor, taut. I tripped and fell flat on the floor. No one came to help or apologized. I had to ask for help getting up. The manager, Richard, saw what happened and merely walked back to the desk. A personal letter to Kenneth Cote has not been responded to. The conditions here and the attitude are unacceptable. How long before an electrical appliance falls into a sink of water during a shampoo? Accidents happen, but lack of professional standards and care for clients is pathetic. I'm not litigious, but a lot of people would file lawsuits over this kind of negligence."
