"All of the negative reviews are confirmed. They sent a letter(to the wrong address) stating my Doctor had moved on to another practice and I had 90 days to find another doctor. I never received the letter, ran out of meds and was pretty much told I was on my own."

Got a letter, Dr. is gone, they offered 90 days of transition assistance with meds. If you have any experience with needing mental health care, you know the waitlist alone may take longer than that. "Changed their location. Only information I received regarding the change in address was in the appt. reminder text messages. They didnt call out the address changed, just provided it. So I arrived at the old location 15 minutes before my appointment, found the office empty. I checked my text, realized the location was different and entered it into my phone. This location did not exist on Google Maps. Needless to say I was still charged a "No Show" fee! I'll be finding new place to go, old doctor left anyway."
