"I always come here for blood work. Everyone is really nice and helpful, especially because I tend to get lightheaded. It goes a little better for me every time because of the kind words and hard work of everyone I meet here. Would definitely recommend. Just plan ahead and don't come during the last 15 minutes because that's what everyone else tries to do!!"

"1 star for woman at front desk. Rude & unprofessional. Apparently, someone called in sick, & she made a point of being loud & vocal about it, in Front of all the patients. Honestly, I couldn’t believe how unprofessional she was. Verbalized an “ughh,” when I nicely mentioned to lab technician, that my veins roll a lot.. only mentioned, to increase chance of success, since other people have had a hard time, because of this. Luckily, it turned out well."

"Being open means more than turning the lights on and opening the window. I was there from 7 to 7:15 this morning - there were 3 of us in line, and the woman who was first had apparently already been waiting for 20 minutes. All I needed to do was drop off an already labeled sample, but there was no one there to hand it to. I waited for 15 minutes and then left to go find another Lifespan Labs (I did and was in an out in a minute). If you're going to list your hours as opening at 6am, then actually be open with lab technicians working."

"Been having blood draw here for several years. Always fast, competent, courteous, and painless. To the person complaining about bruising, bruising is actually fairly common and has nothing to do with technician. It's just a little blood seeping from the puncture into the surrounding tissue. Nothing to be concerned about, it goes away in a day or two."

"First time at this office and the staff were very nice and fast. Other places I’ve gone to have a difficult time getting blood which results in getting stuck at least 3 times before they get it. I was very happy when they got it on first try and with no pain."
