"Two weeks ago we had pea stone delivered to our home. In the process of the delivery the driver backed over our garden rock wall and crushed the stone into our driveway causing a big hole that we now fall into when we get out of our car. I called the office and the lady who answered the phone was very nice and apologetic. She told me to email the owner and send photos. I did everything she asked and I have still not heard anything about a resolution or at least my money back for my trouble! Its been over two weeks with no return to any of my calls and no return emails. I even have video from our security camera watching the driver run up the wall!! I am so disappointed. We buy mulch and rocks from them every year. I will not be returning to this company if this is how they do business."

"Very poor experience ordering crushed stone for delivery. Was told my order would be delivered at 11am, was called at 1:20pm and told they didn’t have enough to fulfill my order. They told me they will have enough early the following week. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, called back and rescheduled. Was told it would be delivered ‘tomorrow’. I left for work, fortunately my wife was home because the driver came ‘today’ and the driver became frustrated and unprofessional with my wife while she was trying to get ahold of me. On a lighter not, Trish was very nice on the phone. They need to have better communication. I’ll order somewhere else for now on."

"TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! We ordered 200 yards of top soil last year and were told there were 30 yards in each tri-axle truck and 20 yards in each dump truck (each time filled to the top). Then this year we ordered 100 yards of top soil and they brought 4 dump trucks (each time filled to the top).... DOESN'T THAT EQUAL 80 YARDS??? I spoke with the owner and he said there are 25 yards in each dump truck this year. Apparently they can just make up how much each truck holds max and give the customer however much they feel like each year. I told him the information I was given last year isn't the same as this year and that I feel like he gave me less than I had paid for. He then told me not to order material from him next year....I wonder if that's because he''ll forget how much he told me the trucks hold again!"
