They should immediately take down the messages while your waiting on hold praising how great they are. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. "I went to a competitive store and with no problem thay quoted me a price on a boiler and if they had 1 I would have brought it home that moment! They didn't have any so I went to Johnstone supply and they wouldn't sell me one! Because I wasn't a licensed plummer and didn't have account with them! Guess my 2100.00 dollars wasn't good enough for them! So I bought it on Jefferson Blvd no problem! Your lose!"
