"We had to take my elderly aunt there twice. They were very good with her. Right now they are closed. According to the sign, they will be reopening at One Eddie Dowling Hwy. (The old Walgreen's) once Dr. Hussain's office moves there. There STILL isn't any sign of One Eddie Dowling Hwy opening! I would just expect to continue going to another Urgent Care."

"The website and sign on the door says they open at 8am. Wrong. They open when a provider decides to get there. I waited until 8:40 in the parking lot because they do not open the doors until a provider gets there. What’s the point of hours if they don’t matter. Mind you - this is the second time this has happened to me there. Previously the LPN took me in and saw me (super nice) and was able to get the meds I needed for a sinus infection."

"This used to be a great Urgent Care. Reception staff is rude, disrespectful and arrogant. They have no regard for HIPPA laws, or customer service. NP dismissed my symptoms as nothing and told me to go home and rest. Very disturbing and disappointing. Never followed up or gave me test results."

"Used to be a great pain management clinic. Since this new NP it not the same at all. Used to be a kind caring Dr. that listened to you. She is a control freak if you don’t want to do what she wants she gets mad at you for having a mind of your own. Changed everything and now wonders why I’m having more of a problem with my pain. She’s not understanding or compassionate. Very cold and blunt. She shouldn’t be working in pain management."
