"Made a reservation online for the clinic.... showed up, checked in and waited for an hour and 20 minutes! No one came out to check in with us had to go to the door and knock twice, much loader the second time, and then we were told we couldn’t be seen because it was their lunch time and the computer wouldn’t let them. 2 1/2 hours after the scheduled appointment someone called to see if we were coming in and she had no recollection that we had been there and refused to see us!! Customer service, reliability and effective service really needs to be increased here. Quality control obviously isn’t a priority."
