"I’m partially sadden that i called this office because my daughter had a rash that didn’t leave and needed a closer doctor to check her since her previous doc is about 40 mins away. And I understand they need her immunization records which of course I would deff want the new office to have and be up to date on her vaccines and check ups from previous but they couldn’t wait and told me they won’t see her until they get the records FIRST. Umm, it’s not a medical emergency but it’s a child who needs assistance and why couldn’t THEY wait a day for the records. The previous doc will deff send it over as soon as the request is requested. I have went to a docs office without having this delay and turn away of a child. I’ll still try again, but this is very upsetting."
