"This is not an insurance company, they are a BIG SCAM, they are the ones who supposedly support us in our small commercial vehicle business. We had an accident on October 10 where our truck with the loaded trailer overturned in the state of Minnesota. and they have turned their back on us, I would not recommend doing business with them, they only want your money, I have been with my business for more than 10 years and I have never experienced so much mistreatment from an insurance company, I have names and surnames of the people and proof of what they I mean, at this moment I am facing demands from the towing service and they, as my insurance agency, do not want to do anything, in the accident there was NO other vehicle involved or additional damage, I am making this public so that other people do not have to go through the BAD experience I'm going through."
