"My son was seen yesterday by Dr. Kohn Christine and was told he has ear wax even after telling her he is complaining of right ear pain. He was brought in today to see Dr. Wu and was diagnosed with ear infection. Had to pay copay yesterday, and copayment today. When I asked why do I need to pay since I was just here yesterday and paid for the visit and got misdiagnosed. Still had to pay. Hopefully things change."

No matter our concern, they have been able to take care of us. Of all the times I have visited (and it's been many!), I have never had even close to a poor experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the P.A.'s to the M.D.'s have been fantastic."
