"Exceptional fresh-to-order Italian in bright, modern setting. Friendly service speaks to me as I’ve been coming to Montauk for 45 years but don’t have local status. Here I was treated evenly, and attentively — great selection of wines by the glass a bonus. My fresh cut tagliatelle with mushrooms almost made me cry, tasted like Nana’s. You can get it with olive oil instead of butter."

"Having birthday dinner reservations elsewhere, my wife and I decided to stop by Alimentari Beach for an aperitivo. Once inside we decided to have dinner there. It smelled delicious and we couldn’t pass up the chance. We asked if it was OK to stay and they graciously allowed us to do so…we were not disappointed! The food, service and ambiance were great! We ordered the tomato stewed meatballs as a starter and for our entrees we had the burrata and prosciutto pizza + the penne bolognese which were all delicious! We didn’t order dessert as we wanted to get that elsewhere, but this was truly a deliciously memorable meal! If you’re in the Montauk NY area and in the mood for Italian food, make sure to visit this gem."
