"Didn’t even want to give 1 star. I am so angry right now. He has been the pediatrician for my grandsons since they were born. I have been to his office 2 times when they were infants) and I didn’t care for him then. The boys are ages 4 and 3 now. They have both been sick since Friday with congestion, throwing up and diarrhea. They both have fevers. My daughter has been trying to get them in for 3 days now. Yesterday they told her they could see one of them. Whatttt???? How do you pick which one? So, they told her to come in today at 12:30. When she arrived and called to say she was there, they told her someone would be out in 10 minutes. No one ever came out and then they called to say that they couldn’t be seen and she should go to urgent care. BTW, The older one is now complaining about his throat hurting and the little one has an earache. I hope she finally takes my advice and finds a pediatrician who actually cares for all of their patients. And yes, she is going to urgent care. They sure don’t make them like they used too. They at least could’ve told her from the beginning that they couldn’t handle it."
