"(AA mom) ~ I requested my children's medical records as they have aged out. Dawn informed me that I would receive necessary information from the Del-Ped system for their continued care, not their complete records. Despite leaving a message seeking clarification, there has been no response. I am disappointed and disturbed by the peculiar and suspicious behaviors I've observed around this straightforward request, but not surprised."

"Love this place. My daughter is 2 and they have seen her since she was born. Everyone is so incredibly nice. Whenever we visit I feel like we are part of the family. I can tell they really care about my daughter. Also they are extremely good about getting back to you quickly. The patient portal is awesome and you can send notes to the nurses through it. All of the doctors are really great, but my daughter’s primary is Dr. Gajera and we just adore her. She’s patient and always spends as much time with me as I need to help answer questions. She is always happy to see my daughter which I love. I highly recommend this practice!!!"

"Dr Shapiro has been my daughter's doctor since she was about 1 years old she is 19 now. He is now my son's doctor since birth and he is 8 years old I love going there the office is clean it's no long way the staff there is so professional. Dr. Shapiro always give you more then enough time to go over any questions that you have and concerns. Dr Shapiro is a great and wonderful doctor. I love Delaware Valley pediatrics their the best."
