"Their care has just fallen off a cliff. I had one PA not even look at my chart before treating me cause she tried to give me meds to which I am allergic. They never keep their appointments. I had my most recent one rescheduled THREE times before I was just done. And when I tried to talk with the mgr each different time, she hung up rather than talk with me. All three times. I’m hunting down a corporate address to let the owners know how bad their staff are doing. They lost me and my family as patients for life."
