"I took my daughter to get her shots (what kid likes going to the doctor's just to get shots?). In the waiting room there are toys and books for kids. This was our first time going to Cooper Advocare in Marlton. I will never go back to the other Pediatricians office, 2 years too long. Every appointment ran 35-45 minutes long after the fact that my daughter and I had to wait for 30 minutes in the waiting room. My daughter was 1-2 years old, two toys, crowded waiting room with screaming kids but that did not faze the employers at all, they were having fun while making consistent mistakes with my Insurance and people work I had to fill out every time, I wasn't the only one that was displeased by the employees lack of experience and constant mistakes. Advocare employees in Marlton are a breath of fresh air. The front desk assistants acknowledged and interacted with my daughter. She loved every nurse and doctor. They CARE about YOUR child and your childs happiness. They played with my daughters doll that she brought in. The doctor brought in a colorful teddy bear hoping to distract my daughter during the vaccine shots. She cried for 3 minutes tops. I was surprised by my daughter's reaction, she wasn't crying because of the pain she was crying because the doctor she formed a bond with betrayed her (by giving her a shot). She got over it within minutes, she forgave the nice caring engaging fun doctor. We were in and out (maybe 25 minutes). Every employee deserves recognition for being the most pleasant, timely and most importantly my daughter enjoyed the visit. I am still in disbelief with the outstounding service my daughter and I had. We didn't have to wait, there were seats available!, no complications with Insurance or paperwork and the atmosphere in the entire doctor's office made my daughter feel like she was at home playing with her friends."

"I have been coming here for about 8 years and the place has seriously gone down hill. The good doctors have all left and now you can expect to spend the better part of your day waiting in the waiting room. When you finally make it back to a room, don’t be fooled into thinking you will see a doctor soon. It’s provably another hour. Whenever I come I plan on spending 2-3 hours waiting around. I have complained many times and was told to see a doctor that “runs on schedule” which is confusing because shouldn’t they all run close to their schedule? Still no luck. We will be changing pediatricians because enough is enough. Don’t schedule appointments when you know you’re overbooked."

"Never been here , but their stuff need to do some learning about Horizon Insurance , they don't know what "Horizon" Omnia insurance is .... very unprofessional. They said I had to call different office with that type of question .... So if they cant answer the simplest question ever , I would never come here !"
