"Made a appointment for my son and the day of the appointment I was called for a emergency and they asked to reschedule not a problem but when the rescheduled appt came they called 20 minutes before and stated that I had to call my insurance company and request them to change my primary doctor and make if a different one as this doctor had retired prior and I called them on my drive over and the receptionist said she had to be notified by the insurance ompany that it was changed and I was told it was supposed to be done by the reception staff weeks proir but they had dropped the ball and now my son could not be seen at all we were planning on leaving this horrible doctor's prior to this just sealed the deal its pathetic actually"

"My daughter will be sixteen next month and she has been going to Holland pediatrics for her care since she was about six. We have always had pretty good experiences at Holland pediatrics. We really loved Dr. Lynn Dever when she was there. She really took her time and listen to us and remember details about my child from year-to-year. I have no complaints whatsoever about the care that she gave my growing daughter. She left the practice however and we have since seen dr. Thomas Coyte. Once again I have no complaints about the care that he has given us in the past two years that we have seen him for my daughter's annual physicals. He has been kind, he has listened, he is offered what I thought was reasonable, sound advice. Obviously I am not a doctor! Granted I am blessed that my daughter has never really required any acute care and we have not had emergencies so we have basically only has a go there for annual physicals except for a few other occasions. So we have not had to interact with the office for much else. But I've been satisfied. As for the folks saying that the front office staff are rude. I have literally never experienced a rude interaction with anyone there. I'm very curious as to why that is happening to others. It is unfortunate if it is. I am not in the business of saying others aren't telling the truth. I work in the field of diversity so I am fully aware that the way I am being treated might be quite different than the way others are. Perhaps the staff reacts differently to folk with accents? Immigrants? People from different cultures? Maybe they need some additional training of some sort? I don't really know. All I can say is I have had very pleasant and highly satsfactory interactions with the front desk staff, and all of the nurses and medical staff there, and I am an African American woman. However there seems to be a preponderance of people that seem to not have that experience and that is concerning to me."

"I’ve had mostly good experiences here, the problems I’ve had have been with phone calls, long wait times or other location front desks, but that happens at any doctors now. But Dr. Mufti has been great, listen to any and all concerns. She has been great with my child and has helped my kid warm up to her. I don’t have much experience with the other doctors, Nurse have been great too."

"I had the worst experience ever in this office. I admit we were 18 min late for our appointment but i have a 15 month old Sick toddler with me( Not every thing goes to plan with kids) and i had drove 40 min to reach at this place because they couldnt get us in at our regular office. Explained everything to the front desk for whom i have no words to describe her behaviour. I was asked to reschedule some other time because they couldnt fit us in for the day. The point is you are in medical proffession dealing with kids ofcourse things will go sideways sometime. First office that has no backup plan."

"I love my daughters doctor, but the front staff is just something else, I had MRI's done about 5 weeks ago and every time I call they tell me they don't have the results I finally called myself to St Christophers children's hospital and figured out where are my daughters results, and this kind nurse took care of me and figured out everything now she herself faxed the results to Holland ped. and now I've been calling all day to make sure they have the results and no one picks up the phone. and I've called 8 times already since 9am and its now 12pm so is anyone at the front or its just the phones that are there, it seems like no front desk humans work there"
