"Horrible customer service. It's been one thing after another. This time I was denied a drs note for 2 days the bc it was a scheduled well visit, not a sick visit. She went there the previous week and was flu positive. I explained that she still had the same sickness that she was in for last week, yet got denied. The NP called me back and said the Dr approved the drs note. When I tried to make sense of the situation, the NP kept cutting me off and said I was yelling. I also have the flu with laryngitis. This office never answers the phone, nor do they give you answers. AVOID!"

"Such an incredible practice. I always feel safe and heard as a mother knowing my child is apart of this practice with such great providers. Dana NP is AMAZING!! Her bedside manners are superb and the care she delivers is exceptional."

"Don't even think about coming to this office. They are rude and incompetent. They lost my paperwork and blamed me for it. For three months they gave me the run around and refused to take my kids for vaccine. Their system is so screwed up, that secretary makes appointment but manager canceling it on the day of appointment, while we in the patients room waiting for doctor ( oh secretary is new she said, she doesn't know the rules). The last straw was when the secretary called me month later on another day of appointment, they refused to take my kids again, because of the paperwork that they lost. I had to miss work just to get to the appointment that I didn't get to. Nobody cared. I am glad this hell is over, and I am with another doctors office now."

"Went to the Trevose office and they are more worried about payment than the patients pain. My kids have been with them for over 10 years. Med checks every 3 months for so many years and always paid our balance. They have over billed us many times throughout the years too. I already signed a paper saying I'm responsible for all bills why do I have to sign another. I have always been responsible for the bills and paid. I have had issues through the years but today is the last straw. I do not recommend this practice. The management is horrible!!"

"I was totally disappointed in the last visit I had. We arrived early and we sat in the waiting room just a few minutes but waited over 30 minutes in the exam room. The office did not seem busy so I have no idea why we waited so long. Once the doctor came in she didn't apologize/acknowledge that we had waited long past our appointment time. She seemed rude and opinionated about the way that I parent our children. We were open and honest about our household and felt totally judged for it. Would never schedule and appointment with her again."
