"I just want to personally give a huge thankyou to Imani (MJ) the receptionist. I could tell that she genuinely cared, and because of that she really helped me. I had terrible experiences and my hopes of getting my IUD removed and starting a family were running low. I wish more people in this world were like her, because all you have to be is nice. "It was my first and only visit, and I scheduled with a female doctor for my own comfort. I come in for my appointment and find that I’m scheduled with a male doctor, and they couldn’t switch it to a female for me. Their central scheduling is the issue in my eyes. I am a trauma survivor and having to deal with that was absolutely not okay. Most women do not want to have a male OBGYN checking them out."

"Been going here for years. Bridget was always amazing, but for my first pregnancy they couldn't even give me ultrasound results for days even after multiple people said it would be 1-2 days(which is already ridiculous). They've had my results sitting on their desk since day 1 and can't even take 5 minutes to call. My advice for anyone who wants to deliver at Abington to use Axia womens health of bucks county, better care and better facility(ultrasounds on site & can give ultrasounds anytime if heart beat isn't found) with fast results for tests/ultrasounds and people who really care. It's a terrible experience being neglected for my first pregnancy when all I wanted to know is if the baby is developing correctly. Won't be going back again."

"Front desk is their biggest problem!! Girl just answered phone and it sounded like she is in bed and dismissed me like if your not an emergency we don't have any appointments until a year out. Start with a new front desk plan. Doctors are great just front desk is the problem. I've been a patient here for 11years. No longer after today's phone call"

"I was a patient with this practice for 32 years. Over the years I have met some amazing doctors at this office. Within the last year my regular doctor has since retired. Out of the blue I started having abnormal bleeding and called the office. They returned my call and scheduled a biopsy for the following week. 2 days later the bleeding got worse and I called the office to see what I should do. The receptionist told me that I just needed to go to the ER because there's nothing they could do for me. I might add this was the day before Thanksgiving. While at the ER, the ER doctor tried to contact a doctor at the practice. He couldn't get through. He only got the receptionist who stated no one was available to take his call. He called back again and the receptionist told him that nobody was going to do anything for me since I've never met any of the doctors. I could not believe this was happening. The ER doctor told me the choice was mine. He referred me to new GYN and reached out to her for her recommendation. The doctor from the new practice whom I've never met before was willing to prescribe a medication and take me on as her patient. I am disheartened by the way I was treated."
