"The nurses in day surgery were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Brian, the Nurse Anesthetist and the rest of the department were great also! They provided so much comfort to a 5 year old having surgery for the first time and eased all anxiety right from the beginning! We can’t thank them all enough!"

"The fact that this hospital has 4 stars is beyond me. My loved one was on the ER yesterday and the lack of compassion and bedside manner was utterly disgusting. As a nurse (who works somewhere else) I was completely mortified. I will say Ryan the PA was a pleasure and was the only staff member who showed professionalism and empathy."

"I’m writing this as I sit here in the ER for 7 1/2 hours but my wife finally was seen by the doctor for the first time. Now all we have to do is run a few test. We have seen 3 people leave because they were tired of waiting. I understand that they were busy but this was over the top poor management. It was amazing to watch doctors and nurses run around and accomplish nothing. Well there were some of them getting it done but whoever was in charge should be let go. Sorry to be so harsh but I have never experienced such poor management."

"I'm not sure how this place has 4 stars. I came in to the ER with appendicitis. They proceeded to sit me in an ER for 8 hours with people who had been there for up to 10 hours. Disgraceful. 10 hour waits for the ER; thats called medical malpractice. I wish I could give you 0 stars. Three nurses shouldn't be in triage 1 laughing and taking not a single client for over an hour while people are suffering waiting for them to do their job. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE"

"Worst hospital ever. The wait times are ridiculous no matter what time you get there. If there are other people who arrive at the ER after you and their condition is “worse” then yours (yes I understand certain things call for immediate attention, but when you have people in the waiting room who visibly look terrible, moaning, groaning, crying from pain at what point do they get the treatment they need w/o waiting half a day. You shouldn’t have to be on the brink of death in order to get treated right away) then they automatically go ahead of you. When you are finally seen it’s by miserable staff who don’t even seem to know how to do their job. I get staff must be overwhelmed, but that is not the patients fault. We are there to seek treatment to feel better. The RN that was assigned to me was rude as hell, you can tell she either hated her life or the job. Once I finally got a bed after 5 hours of waiting, the nurses took forever to check in. I wasn’t even treated while I was there so I was in excruciating pain, my medications were “sent” to the pharmacy. When I was discharged and went to pick up my meds I was told they weren’t sent over. Had to call Morton to follow up. Only consistent person that’ll pop in to see you while there, is the insurance lady so they can collect the payment."
