"Dr. Rinaldi is great, both my wife and I like him very much. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He also requires all patients to be vaccinated in his practice, so there is no worry about other children potentially causing infections. We have had some billing mix-ups since our insurance requires a small co-pay, and they do a confirmation phone call before the appointment you must respond to, which can be at times inconvenient. If they used a service such as Solutionreach, it would be helpful. Otherwise, we are happy with our pediatrician choice."
