"The wait time is abysmal. We’re always in a room waiting to be seen for at least an hour past our appt time. You also can never get a same day sick appointment so you have to rely on urgent cares. I could not recommend this office to anyone."

"Scheduled a new patient visit for my daughter but never saw the doctor. I arrived 15 minutes early, as instructed, but eventually walked out after an hour of waiting. I understand that sometimes doctors get behind but the waiting room is truly awful. It's very hot, you are required to wear a mask, and there is absolutely nothing to occupy the waiting children - not a single book, not a single crayon, no movies, not even music. It's just a hot, silent windowless room full of frustrated children and parents. Not a good fit for my family."

"Appointment at 11, arrived at 10:45. Still waiting to be seen at 11:40. Took others with later appointments before my child. Was told I'll probably have to wait another 30 minutes because the doctor is busy. Learn how to properly schedule, idiots."

"Einstein pediatrics Elkins Park is a fantastic primary care office. Every Dr. or Nurse Practitioner I have encountered here has been knowledgeable and compassionate. Most recently, my child and grandchild, who both have exceptional needs, have been in for visits. We are always greeted at the desk and my child is always welcomed by name. Wanda is always smiling and ready to greet the children and parents. This week my grandchild saw Barbara Kuns for the first time. She was very kind and very patient. She was very through and was great at listening and relaying information. It was a first visit at this practice and it didn’t feel hurried. My child usually sees Barbara and she is always amazing! My daughter said she was so impressed she’s moving her other child to the practice as well. Today, my child saw Dr Molina today for the first time. She had prepared well and was informed of my child’s multiple needs. She was great at making my child feel comfortable. She was a great listener and a good physician! I was really happy with how the visit went. I have always been impressed with the staff at this office. You may wait for a bit in the waiting room but know you are waiting for a great quality visit."

"This place getting really bad. To the point we thinking about switching. The doctor are great but the nurses and front desk are the worst and sometimes rude and unprofessional. Had an appointment 8am scheduled in 3 week advance and some how they made me wait over 45 minutes just to be called and said my child appointment was at 9:15am . Also trying to get an appointment take months."
