"This place is normally very nice and the doctors come in wash their hands and put on gloves. Dr Benjamin did not wash her hand at all when she first came in the room. She didn't put on gloves to check my child she used her bare hands. Then after she put on one single glove on her left hand to check my child mouth. Then after that she did not wash her hand she processed to leave the room. I couldn't believe it especially with RSV, COVID and, FLU going around. This is very unacceptable and disgusting. She needs remediation on PPE Precaution. I will never let her touch my child again."

"I saw Dr Becker with my son in December where she told us he just had something viral, I repeatedly told her something else was wrong, but she said to give it another couple days and he should feel better. Thank God I didn't listen to her and took him right to chop where we were admitted for a week and it certainly was not just a virus. I then continued with the practice and I stated that I didn't want Dr Becker to treat my kids. This week I took my son in since he presented with a high fever and classic ear infection symptoms. I reminded them at check in I did not want to see Dr. Becker. Shockingly in comes Dr Becker! I let him be examined by her where she said he just has some fluid and it must be “something VIRAL”. Then 4 hours later I took him to urgent care with 103.7 fever where to Dr stated he had a double ear infection. Post receiving appropriate care I got my happy baby back this morning! Bottom line is we won’t be back to Meadowbrook Pediatrics and always trust your mom gut."

"Watch out: discriminatory policies. Do not recommend. Doctor’s policy requires the patient to provide ALL medical records since birth PRIOR to even being willing to allow you to make an appointment. Not shot records, but full medica records. So I guess families who can’t produce records due to immigration, homelessness, complex conditions, or military deployments can all just screw off. No thanks. I’ll be taking my kids to a practice that believes in medical ethics."

"I love the staff, nurses, and doctors here. They are very patient with my children and love seeing them. Staff and docs are knowledgeable about past visits and concerns. Even though we have seen a few of the doctors at different visits, they all remember my kids and take time to read the notes that are left from previous visits. Wait times are never bad and the office and rooms are always clean. There 2 different doors for sick entrance or a well entrance from the actual hallway - I LOVE this feature about the office because they can completely separate the well and sick kids. They’re very open at giving recommendations as well for other needs - dentists, vision, etc. I highly recommend them. Great hours and when I have had a sick kid emergencies I’m always able to get an appt that same day over the phone. We have routinely seen Godfrey, Becker, and Frumin and my 3 year old likes all of them which is a huge plus when you have to be at a doctor appt with small kids. They’re all very warm, welcoming, and actually talk to your child (which is huge deal to me)."

"Meadowbrook Pediatrics is a great practice that has wonderful professionals! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! All the caregivers are amazing! We feel our children are in good hands. Everybody there is very patient and always happy to answer all our questions. The caregivers explain everything they do and what we should expect. We can always get a sick appointment on the same day. We can always reach a doctor after-hours for any urgent concerns. We couldn't be happier with this practice!
