Three consecutive incorrect bookings (paperwork to prove it) where we visit the doctor and they didn't have the appointment in their schedule. Unacceptable considering the time commitment as a working parent, i.e. time away from work, travel to daycare to pick-up child and drive to dr. office, etc... Actively looking for new pediatrician."
