"Made an appointment for Monday at the Gilbert office. Never told me the Gilbert office is closed on Mondays. I asked specifically for the Gilbert office Because it is closer to where I live, spent 60 bucks on a cab due to lack of communication or knowledge. called back to speak to a office manager but the person on the phone was only Concerned about me getting to leighighton that day. Let her know we were taking a cab, she totally ignored me. Looking for a new doctor. All it takes is one time for a docs office to mess up. It speaks volumes about the people who work there."
