"First of all, I don't blame the doctor but well after covid started, now it's June 2021 and the office door is locked while they are open and they are not responding to my phone calls even after a two day delay which they claim is necessary because of covid on their recording. I don't know of anyone else who is doing that. To me it's a waste dealing with these people. I finally got through to talk to someone who by her tone was obviously annoyed with me for calling and she referred me to the nurses line where phone calls get lost after you leave a recording etc"
