"Do not take your child here if you can help it. Her father found a job with insurance benefits solely to get her out of here. My daughter was choking severely on her milk as a newborn to where we would have to perform back blows. I was pretty much told it’s fine, but to call back if she turns blue. So until my daughter was dead or almost dead, it was just whatever. After leaving this place, she was diagnosed with a severe posterior tongue tie that was causing the choking and got it released. Sanchez pediatrics told me she didn’t have one. The receptionists weren’t wearing masks in the thick of the pandemic and had their own kids running and playing around the office. They don’t care about your kids and most certainly will do the bare minimum for them. Change your MCO, RUN."

"This girl hung up on me while I was talking to her on the phone. She doesn’t know how to talk with a patient or their parents. She just plays with her hair, people like her should not work any healthcare places. This is beyond unprofessional. She has no business being in health care. I have absolutely no issue with anyone in this office, besides this girl that works at the office. I’m not sure if she’s either a nurse or a sectary, she’s rude, she doesn’t know how to talk and just by looking at her you can tell she’s not nice. I definitely will not come back there ever again. People who obviously do not care about others, especially children, do not belong in health care. Wow, they even deleted my review and are they even allowed to do that? So that means people will never know the truth. They also blocked me from doing another review. This is shame what they’re doing."
