"I cannot begin to express how pleased and happy I am with LVHN Pediatrics Trexlertown. Being first time parents, my husband and I have a lot of questions. We will message Dr. McCrillis in the portal. Either she or a staff member are SO responsive and get back to us so quickly. They reassure us and offer great advice. We LOVE going to our appointments with Dr. McCrillis. She is real, honest, and steers us in the right directions. She is patient and listens to us. She offers us helpful handouts with navigating life as first time parents. When we leave the practice, we always say how we feel we are in the best of hands with Dr. McCrillis! The nurses, nurse aids, and front desk staff are all SO friendly! Every single staff member we have encountered with has been friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would recommend this practice to everyone! 10/10 experience EVERY time we go!"

"I had high hopes for this office after reading other reviews- however I was not happy with our experience here. When I first entered the exam room with my 18 month old, the nurse gave me 2 folded up papers and said “here’s your immunization records”. I didn’t look at them until a few minutes later when we were waiting for the doctor and THEY WERE ANOTHER PATIENTS. They were a little boy’s immunization records. That’s a huge hippa violation. And then she gave my 18 month old her shot in her deltoid. I was preoccupied with distracting my daughter but after the fact I realized that it should have been given in her thigh. Deltoid IM injections are for older kids age 5 and up. I got now summary printout. Just an abrupt ok you’re done. Not happy with the care at this office at all."

"I’ve been taking my kids here since 2016. Dr. Becky Thomas-Creskoff is AMAZING, I’d recommend her to anyone and everyone! She is sweet, understanding, patient with kids and very knowledgeable. Sadly I had to change providers due to insurance- but almost considered paying out of pocket to continue coming here. Triage nurse is very helpful for questions off- hours, and they are always accommodating and pleasant."

"I may be the most protective parent that I know. My son has been going to ABC pediatrics since he was born and I could not be happier with their service. They always do whatever they can to squeeze him in when I call out of the blue. They take such good care of him that if google gave 1000 stars I would click all of them. If you live anywhere near ABC pediatrics, you should be taking your child there. Dr. Schwartz has a special place in his heart for these kids. He is always on top of things and always has the right answer. Highly recommended."
