"I'm not happy with this place and how they operate. I took my son out of school early to make the 45 minute drive to this office. I arrive and the front desk lady said that the appointment was changed to telehealth. I checked my email, and it was CHANGED to telehealth 10 minutes before my appointment time. I'm coming from a far distance so i was already driving and already at my destination when this was changed. Okay, so y'all wasted my time, gas, wear and tear on the car, and my patience. Whatever. I did attend the telehealth appointment, however, I sat in the virtual waiting room for an hour and a half.... NO DOCTOR !!!! I decided to drive home and reschedule my appointment at a different office. Which is a further distance away, but I'll take it so I dont have to deal with your office. Come on. Like no one thought it was a good idea to notify me sooner, like anytime before I left my house ??! That's unprofessional and a severely poor error on your part. Do better."

"My daughter had Dr. Pierce and she never put anything in my child’s chart that I told her and would never document anything correctly I will tell her my daughter eats every three hours and she would document she eats every 4 hours and she continually pushed me to try and use formula because in her words my daughter was going to be developmentally delayed because she wasn’t gaining weight appropriately. They wanted her to gain 7 ounces a week as a breastfeed baby and she was gaining 3.5 or 4 ounces a week. I switched doctors and my child still gaining the same amount of weight each week but they told me that is a good amount of weight for a breastfed baby and my daughter is happy, healthy and super smart hit all of her milestones before she should have. Would not recommend anyone to go to Dr Pierce."

"The worse pediatric office in the area. When you call them for a appointment or referral can't get anyone. Then they tell you to leave your name and number and someone will call back, that never happens. 3weeks now I've been waiting for a call back. I'm switching doctors asap. And the so call office manager Billi Jo she's a joke,she covers up for the incompetence of her office staff. WORSE PEDIATRIC OFFICE IN NEPA"

"This office used to be great when my kids were babys but now that they are a little older (5 and 4) it has just gone down hill. They can never get either one of my kids in for a visit and some of the front desk receptionists are durrr. Dr. Coroniti was great before she retired, Dr. Carlos is great and actually cares, Gupta not so much she just makes you feel like you are bothering her. There is one nurse there that is pretty great with our boys . Every time we call for an appointment they want to just send us to urgent care."

"I had to take my son to see the pedis cardiologist today and I'm so happy this is where we had to go. The whole experience was wonderful considering the reason why we were there. The staff at the front desks were very kind and sweet, the nurse was very friendly and listened to my son. The dr was absolutely wonderful and very reassuring as she explained what was going with my son. And the ultrasound technician was such a sweetheart. Even the woman who answered the phone when I was lost was very kind and helpful as she explained where I needed to go. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left I felt like we were being treated as if we were family. We didn't feel rushed one bit and yes while the appointment took a long time the actual wait time was under 10 minutes. Thank you for taking care of my son and putting a lot of fears to rest."
