"Doctor Fuller is ignorant. He's definitely not educated on mixed races babies. I guess he only wants to treat white babies. I suggest never using this Doctor, especially if your baby isn't 100% white. Go hang out on the golf course Dr. Fuller maybe you'll do a better job there. Educate yourself about mixed race babies and skin pigmentation while you're at it."
