"Never was able to make an appointment for my baby because of the immovable obstacle, Carol the receptionist. Pretty sure that was her name, anyway. While on the phone with her, I think I actually laughed because she was so over the top unhelpful and rude. She acted like she really didn't want my baby as a patient there. This doctor might be great, but I really didn't want to encounter her again."

"Unprofessional, callus and very stand offish. We had high hopes of going to Dr Paul and the first appointment was decent. After that both my wife and I had bad experiences with him. He made us feel very uncomfortable because I think we were asking too many questions in regards to our newborn and he did not like that. I guess we were suppose to take his word on everything he recommended for our child and not raise concerns. He became distant, unsympathetic and some what rude over our next several appointments. It was really strange. I got the feeling he and his staff did not care whether we were his clients or not. If we left it wouldn’t matter. Not a feeling and attitude we should receive from a pediatrician caring for a newborn. Would strongly NOT recommend. I did not want to write this but our experience was disheartening and upsetting."
