"Sterling Long Hill Duncan...new owner? Young attendants look unhappy and put out when given an order. It was a major issue to get two black pepper packs for egg whites. Guy had to search behind coffee mixer by windowsill. Packs were stained and stuck together. Not sure what's happening at this place. Please teach workers basic polite engagement and create some friendly atmosphere. Please put out clean salt and pepper packets in customer reach."

"Service is important to me wherever I go. With that said, the young employees there are rude. I never get a hello back. Say thank you and no youre welcome or have a nice day...just a straight face. Wish the older employee would return. Hes way friendlier and knows how to greet customers. Perhaps he is the owner, who knows."
