"STAY AWAY. They told us and our insurance it would be a 14 day repair. It's been over THREE months and we still don't have our car back. For the last month we've called weekly. Every time, we're told there's one other thing that needs to be done, but it'll be ready in a day or two. In a day or two, you call and are told the same thing. Then they'll claim to be waiting on parts, when three or four days before they had said everything was almost done. Two weeks ago, it was done and "going into paint" and would be ready in two days. Now they're having to "reinstall glass"...that wasn't broken when we dropped the car off or when we spoke to them before. I don't know if they're trying to commit insurance fraud or what but I am legitimately concerned what the car will look like when we get it back. Oh, and we can't take the car and go somewhere else, because they claim it's unsafe to drive until they fix a sensor and won't release it to us. But they won't fix the sensor either."

"Ruined my car by neglecting it. Took 60 days for them to return my car and when I went to pick it up there was a rat infestation. Told me “the car came in like that”. No- I was not driving around with a rat infestation. Was originally told the car would take 5-7 days. Had to total the car. Complete waste of time. Worst shop and worst people I’ve ever dealt with. Passionately discourage anyone from using their services."

"After 3 attempts at trying to get my 2013 Explorer repaired by a Shop that was MY Choice ! I Quickly learned that Management, Not Owners are running that Body Shop ! After the 3rd Attempt at repairing my Car and 4 rentals later ? I went around to the Dealership and did what I thought was the Right thing ? Boy was I wrong ! I was told by the GM that my Vehicle was not a "Brand New Car" ! His Words ! I bought 5 Vehicles off of Pacifico since 1988 and Never had any problems that rose to this level ! I've owned 7 Fords So Far all together ! He put his Manager before Established Customer who has All of their Maintenance Work done by them plus I also bring Family members to them ! I'm done ! I Told the GM after he made me feel like I WAS the Problem ? That he would NEVER See me there again ! Imagine that ? He and the Body Shop Manager pushed a 33 year Customer Away just by Not Doing Their Job and Having the Customers Back ? Very Disappointed to put it Mildly ! I Hope that this review reaches the Ownership Level Because the GM Level Failed in a Big Way !! PLEASE Read my Edited and Complete Review on the Pacico Ford Website reviews before choosing this place ! Save Time and Headaches? I attached the Photos to show the Blatant Disregard for the Customer ! Blows my mind that they PURPOSELY put broken parts, That they broke taking my Roof Rack rail off ,so they could on 3rd Attempt at repairing my vehicle that they created themselves !! Parts were $37.58 and I had it repaired at another Shop! Where I've known the Owner/Mechanic since I bought my 1986 T-Bird off of Pacifico Ford... He couldn't believe the ignorance displayed towards me and didn't even charge me for the Labor ! Which was less than half an hour? I contacted my insurance company who paid me right away and advised me that Pacifico WILL be held accountable for the whole thing!! Read all of the Reviews on Body Shop and Pacifico Ford Dealership before choosing this place! It's Not the same Dealership that it Once Was ! Sad but true!"

"Staff is unprofessional and rude. My vehicle has been in the shop for almost 3 weeks now. I drove down there to check in because no one calls you for an update and when I got there my vehicle looked the exact same way when I dropped it off. They told me they won’t start fixing my car until all parts come in. How does that sound? Why not start it at least? Especially because one part came in already and the areas that need to be fixed are seperate. I called today for an update and only one person was there, why are you even open on Saturdays if the “auto body” department isn’t even open. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and said they will call me back Monday, but that is a lie, NOT ONE PERSON has called me yet since I dropped my car off. I will be calling Monday to speak to the supervisor. There is no way 3 weeks has gone by and no progress has been made. No way!"

"Took my vehicle in 9 am Monday morning was told originally “should be done on Friday “ side panels and rear wheel panel- my mistake was not asking which Friday. Took them until the following Thursday to give me my truck back. When I go to pick it up, a new problem-no more back up assist. Take it and We will have a tech come and fix it Told it’s a simple pull and plug. Had to wait 3 days for a tech to come and look at it (Monday ) only to tell me they have to take the bumper off so bring it back to shop.no one from the shop calls me to schedule this! ! i So on Thursday I call. Yes, we were told by the tech. ( I guess they were waiting for thee grass to stop growing before they call me. -this is on their $ so they are not in any rush to complete this. So I I have to go on Tuesday. I was told same day service . I will update this ."
