"Mary was very helpful and pleasant. The facility seems clean. Update: After only 2 months, Life Storage has seen fit to DOUBLE the rate of a tiny storage unit. Not a 5% increase, not a 10% increase... 100% increase. I maintain my statement about Mary. But the owners who have made the decision to double the rates without providing any additional benefits or perks, size increases or financial alternatives... they are greedy to a ridiculous level. They will never get my business again."

"I misplaced my key (surprise surprise if you know me) and Mary was able to help me out quickly. After verifying that I was the owner, she grabbed her tools and went to town cutting off the lock. She made light work of it and was able to get me access to my unit in no time. This saved me a lot of time and stress compared to U-haul who makes you call a locksmith to cut it off ($$)."

It is always very well maintained even on the snowiest of days. The prices are competitive and the property is well lit and secure. Excellent access to the units especially if you have a large truck or trailer to maneuver."
