"I was unaware that there was different models of my PC that came prebuilt so I was kind of sad to learn that I am limited with my gaming experience more than half way through my buying experience. I love my items and that's the 1 star. Anytime I am late on a payment I am hounded during the work day which doesn't make sense, like I'll pay for my items obviously. I know their job is to contact regarding late payments however it is a bit excessive. The availability in items is great as well that's the second star."

"I only gave 3 star's because I don't like what they did to my daughter, don't do auto pay with them, my daughter authorized them to take 50.dollars off her debit card and they took the remaining balance off of 197. dollars now she called their corporate office and they are dodging her phone call they said they were going to be in touch with her and never contacted her, so I have an account with them and I cancelled my auto pay I will call in my payment every month, but I'm also contemplating on sending back my order."
