"Received a full cleaning at our home as seeking a new regular cleaning. Great communication via text message regarding what services they provided and a quote after reviewing videos of home. The cleaners provided a two hour window and arrived right at the end of the window. They had all equipment however the cleaning was not impressed. A shelf broke (which they did offer to replace), trash from the downstairs wasnt taken out, didnt clean one of the rooms, dust still present and left their gloves on the driveway. Additionally received invoice which was a lot more than the original quote. When I mentioned she said it was a first clean but that was never communicated till after the clean. For the price and overall value will not be using again or recommended."
