"A while back I dropped off a dog bed and asked for it to be dry cleaned. I notified the staff/counter person that I'd be out of the county and it may be a while before it'll be picked up. She said don't worry about the timeline, we have clothing here that 5-6 months old. I explained the situation and the staff member assured me that it would be taken care of and all good I went to pick it up today and it was not present. Roughly 6 weeks after I dropped it off. The owner claimed he called me several times to pick it up. Well, as I informed the staff I was out of the country (obviously not going to receive local calls). Apparently it was thrown out. The owner assured me that the transaction was refunded. Well, that wasn't the issue. This dog bed belonged to our departed "Rocky" who'm my significant other was quite attached to, and still mourns for him. The idea was to get this bed back to good condition for a Christmas gift. Well, I had to explain her (with great sadness) what happened. Quite an unfortunate situation!"

The staff were very nice and allowed me to stay an extra 10 minutes after closing for my laundry to finish drying. It was a very good experience overall.
