"Dr. smuggler did not report Hyppa violations from his nurses who authorize controlled substances. I spoke with him once on the phone after bringing this to the attention of hire management. Because he did not us after Expressing my concerns is a violation and itself. This falls under civil, Hippa And consumer protection offenses that are indeed state and federal breaches. Without obtaining the merit of my concerns , In a way that addresses my protection as a consumer, this holds UPMC and his license at risk. He insisted to defend his fellow colleagues without reporting my complaint. For someone who pays out-of-pocket for most of mine services, I wouldn’t give this office a red nickel."
