"I had never heard of Vionic and stopped in while shopping in the area. Much to my surprise I was looking for just that, a supportive shoe for my trip after an ankle injury. Jeff greeted me with enthusiasm and plenty of knowledge about the brand I had never heard of. Jeff asked me a few questions and asked if he could measure my foot and if he could take the initiative of pulling some items for me to try. I sincerely appreciated his approach of asking as he was not wanting to be pushy and setting a boundary for me to decide. He was so helpful and understanding of my likes and dislikes. I could not have asked for a better experience at this store. I felt like Jeff kind of brought back this old school retail customer service that was above and beyond if that makes sense. I would highly recommend this store and I will be back as there was so many other cute items and accessories to choose from including adorable purses. Thank you Jeff and my feet will thank you too!"
"First time customer suffering from plantar fasciitis. Went to the Collegeville store today and was helped by Mr. Jeff. He was so patient, professional and nice. Mr. Jeff was very knowledgeable about my problem and knew which shoes to recommend for me. Best retail customer service I've ever experienced! Bought 4 pairs of shoes and a pair of insoles for the sneakers I came in wearing. Thank you again Mr. Jeff and I'lll be back!"
"This place is amazing! This is the first time I have been able to wear shoes— that are actually nice looking— without pain. Terrific aspects of this store include the huge selection and the amazing staff! Barb helped my sister (who wrestles with plantar fasciitis) and me for over three hours to help us find exactly what we wanted and needed. It was such a revelation to have a trained expert determine my true foot size; I had been stuffing my feet into 8’s when I really need a 6 wide. Barb also made sure that we got a perfect, individualized fit! she explained how different footbeds were available— my sister ended up liking the one with ‘regular’ support while I ended up needing the one with ‘active/athletic’ arch and heel support. I would never have been able to figure that out on my own, or try on 50+ Pairs of Vionics by shopping online!"
"While visiting the Collegeville PA store, I wanted to try on a few shoes before purchasing. My purchase would have resulted in approximately $300. My daughter and I entered the store and began looking at the shoes displayed. There was no greeting from any sales clerks but the story was a bit busy. Once I selected the shoes I wanted to try on, I sat and waited for a clerk to wait on me. My daughter and I waited and waited and waited for about a half hour with no acknowledgement from anyone. One of the employees cleaned up from a sale and told the other two employees that she was leaving. Still no acknowledgement that I was there to make on shoes and make a purchase. I put my shoes back on, stood and told my daughter that we were leaving. While walking out of the store, there still was no acknowledgement that we were there. While the in store experience was horrible,I love Vionic shoes so I came home and placed my order online. Additional training for the three clerks working in the Collegeville Pa story on Sunday April 30 around 4:30 p.m. is a must as well as learning how to greet people."
"I was recommended by my chiropractor to look into Vionic because of my falling arch. I made some time and was able to get to the store where Nicole was working and promptly greeted me. I cannot say how blown away I was by her knowledge, warmth, and service she provided while I was in the store. It was my first time there and I had no idea what to expect. I assumed I'd walk in and look for a few styles I liked to try and walk out with or without new shoes. That was not the case. Nicole was extremely patient and went above and beyond in selecting shoes that she thought would suit my needs and style. I left with two new pairs feeling confident of my new purchases (small investments) and have honestly second guessed myself for not buying more. But again, they're small investments. Worth every penny, but I'm slowly training my thrifty mind to invest on well-made, quality pieces and not my normal inexpensive, "my feet, back, and legs are killing me" shoes. I highly recommend this store, Nicole, and Vionic shoes!"
