"I stopped into Soma and was greeted by Lois. Lois you were exceptional to work with. I don't care for bra shopping (who does really) but she made it so easy for me. She was so helpful and listened to what I like and don't like, checked to make sure items fit, was back and forth looking for colors and styles in my size. She helped me with everything else I purchased in there. She was so pleasant and patient and joyful that I had to write a review because of her. Thank you Lois and I love love love the sports bras I got!"

"We had an amazing and helpful experience with Mary and Christina. Mary took the time to work with my mom (who is 83) to find her a comfortable, but supportive bra. Mary got the job done successfully and really knew what was best for my mom. Mary also helped me find the correct size and bras that compliment and support. I highly recommend visiting them at Soma. "I had an amazing experience at Soma in Collegeville last week!! Lois immediately made me feel welcome, measured me and found a few different bra options to narrow down my correct size. She was extremely knowledgeable and checked to make sure the bras fit me perfectly. She also helped find matching underwear for the new bras. "I love the products at Soma, but the salespeople at this location are so rude. They always act like they are mad to be there. I thought the first time was a fluke and maybe she was having a bad day, the next time I went back a totally different employee was the same way. I can’t imagine how tough of a job it is with only 1 person shopping in there at a time. I can’t wait to find another location. I blame this on Soma leadership and lack of customer service training and checking up on their stores. Shopping is supposed to be a pleasant experience, or in the least you should be greeted and not met with attitude for simply walking through the door! Especially when this isn’t the most inexpensive place to begin with."

"Steph was amazing! I felt like a princess while in the store. Steph was very attentive to my needs. Steph was very knowledgeable about bra's and panties. Yes the bra's and panties are a bit pricey, but you get what pay for. The material is amazing. I love to the location where I do not have to drive to far to go to the store.
