"The worst experience I have ever had in a Panera. The cranston staff is unbelievably incompetent! They ignore customers out front while they just stand and chat in the back and they can see the front. You are bothering them when you ask for help, like how dare you interrupt our conversations. Lol Then to boot, their incompetence continues when the 2 avocado melts ordered were served WITHOUT cheese and not toasted and there was nothing "melt" about it! I didn't finish sandwich and went to window to get something to put it in to take with Mr. Again, go up to the window and there are 3 orders just sitting there and one is a flat bed pizza, already appeared cold, while they ignored me and the meals no one had picked up yet and just continued talking. The staff should not even have their jobs and the manager on duty should be terminated for allowing such behavior. It is employees like this that wonder why a business may close a location when they are part of the problem."

"Went for a quick "dinner" at 630pm. The staff was cleaning up as though it was closing time. (The close at 830pm). The Cashier was anything but personable, however the young woman putting the orders up was extremely pleasant. A bit messy inside the resturant, overall not a bad place, the food is ok."

"Not only did they forget half of my to go order, but the salads they provided are barely filled. For $10, I will go elsewhere next time for 6 pieces of lettuce and one piece of avocado."

"First time ordering a sandwich usually only get soups, but was really disappointed with the steak n white cheddar sandwich they really skimp on the meat and I paid almost $14 for it never again I’ll rather do subways or even Baja for cheaper"

"This is not the first time they messed up my order. But this time it’s even worse. I ordered chicken Baja bowl and all I got was a nasty looking bowl of rice with chicken and tomatoes. No avocado, no salsa verde, no nothing. Absolutely tasteless and rice is very very dry. This is impossible to eat. And I asked for extra salsa verde but they gave me none. I understand every restaurant is short handed but managers still need to train their employees. What I received was absolutely unacceptable."
