"TL;DR - Family has been with them for 20+ years ; best all-manufacturer automotive service in Exton. My father has used Exton Tire ever since their Central Exton location was explicitly branded as a "Goodyear" service company. Unlike other local locations, these professionals will tell it to you straight. Or - to put it another way, they won't try to undermine the customer's intelligence with low-ball offers full of half-truths. This results in you knowing exactly what you'll be paying - a much preferred option, as opposed to expecting a $100 bill and getting hit with "unexpected fees" adding to $1K+ (as I've personally experienced with other automotive service centers in the area). Every employee is a committed, no nonsense and highly experienced individual who will ensure your car is in the best possible condition for the most reasonable market price possible - which is everything one can realistically ask for in the world of automotive service. Family used their services for 20+ years and now we all will continue to use them as long as they remain in business (everyone has to retire sometime, right? ) _____________________________________________________________ As an aside: I noticed a few 1 Star reviews on here and what all had in common were a massive, run-on block of text (often riddled with emojis.....for all that says about an adult) and I'd be very interested to hear the other side of these "reviews" as there is *always* 2 sides to a story (with the "offended" party always maximizing "their suffering/detriment" through lies of omission and half-truths). I'll leave it at that because the described behavior is nothing like what I've observed over the last 2 decades and what the overwhelming majority of reviewers has described."

Techs do good clean work. For example oil changes here never result in burned oil smell from techs at other places spilling oil on engine block. Just a genuinely nice, honest shop with good people."
