"Visited the dealership to address a vehicle malfunction, diagnosed as a failed battery. Initially charged $85 for a battery check despite a promotion indicating it was free. Subsequently forced to pay $330 for a battery replacement. Disappointed with the lack of transparency and accurate communication. Proceed with caution and verify all charges before committing to services."
