"The calorie counts on these foods are wildly incorrect. Be prepared to gain weight if you eat these meals… For years, I’ve tracked my calories every time I want to lose weight, and it always works. This time around, I did the same workout routine I always do, and counted the same amount of calories as always. I did no alcohol, and was very disciplined. The only difference this time around is that I ate VP meals instead of meals from another company… VP meals claims to be a good meal service for people that want to get fit, but I promise you that I’ve gained weight (and it was all body fat and no muscle) … also, I’ve stood there at the register, while her employees just throw food into the container. If you want to actually be a company that claims to be for health and fitness, then you need to weigh out each and every single ingredient, instead of just throwing it in and hoping for the best."
