"Place is not even open. I went to pick up a pre order at 10 am on a Friday and the store wasn't even open. I waited 2 hours and called the store multiple times to no avail. I then called corporate and was promised the district manager would be there to open the store. IT has been 2 hours and no change. So much for playing g a game on launch day."
