Shake Shack Garden City

"I ordered the Korean BBQ chicken sandwich. What I received looked nothing like the picture. There was practically no breading in the sandwich. The coleslaw looked wilted and it was incredibly small. I was on my way home in 20 degree weather, but drive back because I could not fathom paying almost $11 for what I got. I also ordered the gluten free bun and it not gluten free. The good part was the person at the register was very accommodating. He had it remade right away, which I appreciate. I did receive another and while it was slightly bigger, I just didn’t enjoy it. It’s a shame, every time we come into Shake Shack, I leave disappointed. The prices are outrageous. You would think with those prices a little more care would be put into the product. It’s not worth it for me. I wish I would’ve asked for my money back."

"It was good but the prices are crazy. 45 for 2 people to have lunch. Your not Ruth Chris. Food is good but prices are crazy. The spicy cheese fries are awesome. Loved them. Try them. I'll be back after I win the lottery. Hope I win soon Shake Shack. Thank you. Bad part Bathroom was filthy. But they did have a choking guide on wall, which is nice to see in case someone is choking."

"I had the Veggie ShackBurger. It was surprisingly tasty. My fiance had a hotdog which he enjoyed. We both liked the hot, crispy, crinkle cut fries. Suggestion: Instead of paying over $3 for a bottle of water, they have a triple filtered water dispenser and paper cups."

"I Actually Just Tried it Yesterday and Loved it soo much I told my Boyfriend I needed to go Back Again today. Ok a couple of things 1- There is No Combo meals Like McDonald's etc Soo you have to pay for everything But it's Cooked Fresh . 2- I Don't Really care for There Shakes that's my Opinion. "Great place to eat quick, loved the burgers and the fries and the frozen custard the place was great and also is very dog friendly where you can buy dog treats!!! I definitely will go back when we need quick food!!!!"
