"The food quality is absolutely amazing, and they offer free sweet tea. However, the service is very slow - we had to wait for 1 hour 30 minutes before getting our food. The tawouk sandwich, kibbeh balls, fattoush, arayis lahme, french fries, and baba ghannouj were perfect. The knefeh, chicken on rice, and hummus were just alright."

"Took the whole family of 10 for dinner, asked the waitress with highlights to take a family picture and she just rudely walked away by saying iam busy. It was so embarrassing that one of the guests got off the table and took our picture. The servers have no regards for family They basically make you feel unwanted the moment u enter the restaurant so if anything I'd recommend to get the food to go ! Godforbids if you end up asking something to the uptight girl with her girl tied up , she will act like the busiest person and will continue to either ignore you or just rudely brush you off"

"Food: Delicious food. Me and my friend had a Lamb Kabseh, a Chicken Shish Kabob Rice Plate, a bottle of Laziza and a cup of Turkish Coffee. The food was served with 2 bowls of salad and garlic/salsa sauce. The meat was soft and tender, the rice quite flavorful and the salad with a tinge of sourness. Just based on the food, I would have given 4.5 stars. They also serve delicious tea that is free of charge, but today it was not available. Prices: Prices for both dishes were $19.99 each. This is where I felt a bit deceived. The price for the Chicken Shish Kabob Rice was $16.99 in the menu. It's not a big deal, but they should have updated the menu. There was also an 18% gratuity fee that I felt was unjustified (more in the next paragraph). Service: What service? The guy at the reception told us to sit wherever we wanted. Our waitress took ages to finally show up so we had to grab the menu from another empty table. The food took a good 30-45min to arrive, and after serving us, our waitress never showed up again. I knew they were a bit understaffed but this was ridiculous. I went to the reception to pay my bill since our waitress had apparently vanished. As I mentioned in the prices, we were also charged an 18% gratuity for a party of 2 with barely existent service. I really wanted to like this place but the terrible service, outdated menu and the mandatory gratuity fee made this a pretty bad experience."
