(one brass fitting was too loose, and a rupture in one of the little copper veins inside the radiator screen) I wound up needing a new radiator.. The Mech (Charles) immediately, and correctly diagnosed the issues, and Same-day, I was in and out!! GREAT PEOPLE! GREAT SERVICE!!!"

"They are freight liner dealer but different in every way You come to a freight liner shop , you expect twice the normal charges plus long wait times and off course authoritative attitude. These guys have well equipped , all new facility Service department, parts department, Guest lounge with shower , restroom , kitchen and TV room . I was received well and in an 1.5 hrs I was out with a job well done . The price was actually fair ! They charged me exactly for the time they took to fix my fuel straps . Honestly , I recommend this shop . Simple , honest people"

"Mike in parts department was very nice and helpful. But they don't have cat filters, plus many parts not available right away. And they a little pricey. Didn't use their service so don't know anyhing about that. Over all very polite people"

"Awesome place to get your truck service done. The shop, lounge, and main lobby are all very clean. The lounge was really nice in particular, there is a large size TV with the works.. Lightning fast WiFi throughout the entire building. Also there was coffee available in the breakroom. Let me tell you.. These guys are business professional, friendly, helpful and very courteous. When my truck was brought here it was pulled into a bay within 2 hours, and the head mechanic got right down to business ... Notifying me extremely early in the process that I would be needing an overnight stay at the local motel (check my review of the Wright Motel, its just down the road) My truck needed about 3 new parts that were not kept in stock.. However, those parts were ordered and shipped overnight. By 1pm the next day my truck was completely ready to be driven. I want to say thanks again to the entire Tracey Road Equip team for providing me with such great service! The head mechanic, and service department receptionist especially. You two were awesome!"
